I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for my family of five. The service was top-notch, and I would come back just for that. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Cavill Avenue. The only downside was the dining experience, which was not as good as expected.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and boasted a large balcony with good views, the lack of assistance to move luggage in was disappointing. However, the overall comfort added to our fantastic long weekend.

My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were of a high standard and exceeded my expectations. The location was great, only a short walk to fantastic shopping, beaches, and delicious food. The service was lovely and the staff, especially Xanthia, was incredibly helpful in upgrading our room at a reasonable price. However, I did have some concerns about the nearby noisy neighbors and the pushy sales tactics encountered. Overall, a great choice for a vacation with older kids.

The hotel is perfect for families with children, featuring very clean rooms well-equipped with amenities like coffee and tea. It's centrally located with the light rail system right outside, making it extremely convenient to explore Surfers Paradise. The best part is the fantastic balcony dining experience at the on-site restaurant.
